a quick easy way for chicken breasts, is wrap them in foil packets with a pat of butter, dash of basil or herbs of provence and cook at 325 for 20-25 minutes. The foil wrap keeps the steam in, so they don't dry out.
Mary loves the new frozen microwave steam brown rice. I prefer my rice cooker. You can also cook rice, put it in ziplocs and freeze it, and reheat later.
