Someone clarify something for me...

If someone's LJ account isn't paid, will they still be able to get comment replies in their email?

Both my LJs are paid, but I could have sworn even when they weren't or when they lapsed, I got replies to my posts/comments in my email. From both personal accounts and comms. Has something changed? Am I misremembering things?

I have a couple of plus accounts and I got notifs by email for them.

I have gotten e-mail notifications since before there was such a thing as paid accounts. I got them when I went back to free. I get them now that I'm plus. The only time I haven't gotten them is when LJ is borked and then most people don't have it, and everyone starts complaining.

I've ALWAYS gotten comment replies in my email, whether or not I had paid, plus, or basic accounts.
