Help: Converting Fan Fiction to Kindle

I've joined the Kindle world and want to put Fan Fiction on my Kindle. I downloaded FanFiction Downloader but it doesn't work. It always stops at 97% and never finishes. First, the best software to use to convert anything for Kindle is Calibre. It's an e-reader management program that lets you see what you've got in your library and will convert from just about any format so long as the file itself is copy-protected. Highly recommended.

As for fanfic, here's what I do. Kindles read .txt files just fine, so I don't even bother with trying to make them into .mobi files. Usually I just copy and paste the story into a text document and save it, then transfer it to the Kindle via Calibre. For Fanfiction.net, if you're running Firefox you can use a Greasemonkey script called Fanfiction.net Story Export. It allows you to get the story in a single file for easy copying and can also generate a text file. I usually just have it display the whole story, then copy and paste it as a text file ( ... )
