This was supposed to be an entry about Doctor Who's Donna Noble, one of the most horrid and obnoxious creatures to ever terrorize my TV screen. I still haven't managed to watch Runaway Bride past the ten-minutes-mark because of her. I stayed with it until the bitter end. At least Nate had the decency to die before the finale.

I only saw the last five minutes of the last episode. Which were, to be honest, one of the best five minutes of tv I remember. But other than that I just stopped somewhere into the second season

That's totally valid, those last five minutes are really great. Hell, the best five minutes of TV I've seen this year were on Glee, so yeah, even shows that suck can achieve greatness.

I hear you. I liked them both in the beginning, but then their suckitude went out of control. I just didn't get what their problem was!

I think they weren't capable of loving anyone else but themselves. At least that's what I got with them.

I didn't know Catherine Tate before, or, let's say I've never noticed her.
I'm not a Rose-fan, but she wasn't a wimpering sap either at first, at least not with Eccleston, just with Tennant (my least favourite Doctor).
Donna Noble just didn't make a good first impression on me. Ten minutes into Runaway Bride I've just had enough of her constant yelling and screaming, turned it off and never looked back. I also find Turn Left laughably bad fanfic.
My favourite companion so far? Rory.

Trust me, Eleven is fantastic. I'm not sure about Amy Pond, but Eleven shines.

I know some of Catherine Tate's sketches and that strange fishing village show she did with Dawn French. I didn't love any of it, but it also never bothered me. It's just Donna Noble I hate.
