diskursethik told me to write more about him in my LJ cause he's lovably egocentric that way. So here's a special tribute to one of my coolest weirdest hottest best friends.



This is diskursethik. I first met him in fall 2000 and never had a dull moment after that.




I remember...

snowy graveyards

candle wax on pillows

and

nights spent watching buffy

and

infomercials on tv

and

listening to tori

and

general comfort and joy




He is very political. Especially compared to me.
S/he is into gender politics lately.
We don't even agree most of the time (but he's smarter than me so he's almost always right).
That never bothered us which I'm grateful for.





Living with him was not always that easy.

cigarette smoke in the air

the same terrible song playing on repeat for hours and hours

I really miss living with him.




I still love him. There was a time I even was in love with him. And I think he kinda felt similiar. But it never worked out. I miss him.




Sometimes he puts the identity quest of our generation to the extreme. I'm never sure who I'm gonna meet next time.
