There appears to be a new announcement at shoebox_project from dorkorific, but children, I'm here to tell you dorkorific got hacked. In consulting with a friend this is the same thing that happened to copperbadge recently.

I'm not friends with dorkorific or copperbadge but I'm sorry to see either of them get hacked.

YES IT DOES. Now I have to remember where the pdf version is because I hadn't downloaded the last chapter or two.

I don't know if the link is malicious. Given that it looks like the same people who hit copperbadge, I found this info from that hack.

A number of people found keyloggers on their computers after they clicked the russian poetry site link. A few people actually attempted to translate it (the poem is about eating shit, apparently) and are regretting it. We are advising people to go to pack.google.com and download the free Spyware Doctor and run a scan, also running a scan via Housecall if they don't have an installed antivirus program on your computer.

I agree. And from watching copperbadge's hack and subsequent rebuild, it's seemingly at random. They're not taking down people they can get information from, they're just looking to cause trouble in journals with lots of followers.
