Due to a nudge from jordfallsmotet and my own internal lj-entry writing in my head from the past couple of weeks, I am back. Sort of. Anyway, point is, I didn't die or anything, I was just (still am) hellishly depressed and all-around not in a great mood. BUT. I need to get over that. Like, stat. Wow, nice to see a post from you!

I'm so sorry about your cat and that life sucks for you atm. Have you tried omega-3 fish oils? I've been trying it lately and it has really calmed me down and I feel extra alert and good.

on the same note as miao's comment, there's herbal/natural stuff out there, too ... like St John's Wort, i think ...

anyways, speaking of life -- Ellen should be coming back soon (dunno when), and we simply must do something to celebrate :D

I'm glad to see you've posted! I was wondering how/what you were doing. It seems a lot of people on my list haven't posted in awhile. Is LJ losing its lustre? Or is life just getting completely overwhelming (either in a good or bad way) and there is no time, no point even, to post to an online journal?

I'm so sorry about your familiar. It's never easy to lose someone, especially a cat as apparently kick-ass as Willow.

Is the new episode of Scrubs you watched "My Friend with Money"? I haven't been feeling Scrubs since this new season started. A lot of things just haven't been funny. I blame it on JD's girlfriend. I don't like her and I don't like the baby plot. Ah well. Anyway, I did laugh out loud at a scene in the aforementioned episode: this one. That's right, I loved it so much I had to save it. It just made me laugh for the entire 50 or so seconds. I also thought that she was still pretty hot, considering.

Hey, good to know you're still alive and kickin'....well, y'know, alive :D (I was starting to worry a bit there). Am sorry to hear about Willow man...as much as I was always paranoid that she was gonna get me in my sleep I did always think that she was totally awesome and she was such a cutie. I hope you're doing alright now though.
