Veronica/Mac - Perfume

Mac isn't the type of girl to wear perfume, and she thought Veronica was past that, too. Once, of course, when Lilly Kane was queen of Neptune High and Veronica Mars was her lady-in-waiting, Veronica embraced all of the vices of the pretty and popular. Her make-up was always immaculate, her clothes were as trendy and cute as she could afford, and everywhere she went, the smell of lilacs permeated through the sweat-and-stink of high school hallways.

Things have changed, though, in more ways than Mac could have ever imagined, and now Lilly is gone and Mac is sitting shoulder to shoulder with Veronica, watching some terrible SciFi movie and getting caught up in the scent of heather. It's intoxicating. It's making Mac's hand twitch with the urge to run her fingers through Veronica's hair.

Things haven't changed that much, though.

She stills her hand.

Perfume - Veronica/Mac

[schizophrenic]

Mac wrinkled her nose up in disgust, "Ugh.. that smells like someone took a fart, lit it on fire and then condensed it into a liquid."

Veronica gave her a look, "The fact that you've thought about that, really really disturbs me."

"Yeah me too."

They moved down the counter towards some more perfumes, until Mac let out a "Ha! I found it!"

Veronica picked up the bottle, "Delirium. You sure this is it?"

Mac nodded, "Yeah.. that's totally what Weevil was wearing."

"Does he realize it's a girl's perfume?"

"I've no idea.. let's go ask him."
