Beginning of the End [Active/Open]

Time: Day 006, afternoon
Summary: Haruhi arrives in the Dollsyhouse.

"Nngh, ow..."
Haruhi, on the floor and rather disoriented, held her head and mentally prepared for the screaming fit that would surely follow her fall. As if being late to a Host Club meeting weren’t enough of a reason to send Tamaki into faux-father paranoia, she’d taken a nasty tumble upon opening the door, accidentally hitting her head against it on the way down. It obviously hadn’t been enough to knock her out, but it left her momentarily perplexed, and -- wait, why was it still so quiet?
A thick sort of silence seemed to settle on the room, and she realized with a start that she was completely alone. Even before lifting her head, she could feel no eyes turned in her direction; no movement was heard, and no guests chattered idly in wait for their Hosts, who were never all as late as she. Removing her hand from the spot she’d hit (still sore, but temporarily forgotten), her gaze flicked cautiously from corner-to-corner, wall-to-wall. Empty. It didn’t help that this place looked nothing like the Third Music Room.
There wasn’t much to go by, but the room itself seemed like it could pass off as an extension of Ouran High (it looked expensive enough to her, anyway; Haruhi had never been good at memorizing the architecture of the rich). Maybe this was their new theme...? Inauspicious mansion? Tamaki hadn’t mentioned it, but that didn’t mean much...
"Senpai...?"
She wasn’t afraid -- uncomfortable, yes, but there had to be a logical explanation for this! She scooted back a little as she spoke, until she hit something firm: a large oak door, hardly resembling the one she knew she used to enter the Music Room moments earlier.
Funny -- she still almost expected the Host Club to show up, as if this were an all-too realistic daydream. Either they’d affected her too much, or she hit her head much harder than she thought.
