Anita briefly wondered where everybody else was. The crash had been big; there was no way it had gone unnoticed. With the number of people in the house, surely somebody else would have been curious about it.
So where was everyone?
It was a bit unsettling, being the only person headed towards the new addition. The animator felt as though everyone else knew something that she didn't, that there was some nasty in this second house meant to be avoided. She could be walking to her own death, and everyone would know about it but her.
Oh well. It's not like she didn't do that every day.
She passed through the Grand Ballroom, noting it's similarities to the Grand Room, into the adjoining hallway. She felt the dizzying, almost nauseating effect of the Twisted Hallway, and vowed to never walk down that path as fast as she did again. At the right exit, there was an extravagant dining room, much different from the one in the other house. This was more of a cafeteria, with rows of tables and chairs, industrial-sized trash cans, and a place to set dishes to be washed. The animator took a breath and entered the room, looking for anything interesting.
