Setting: OUTSIDE!!!!
Time: A little bit after the front door opens.
Summary: The door is open. Nataku takes a peek outside.
Warnings: None for now. Depends who joins. Also--language barrier. Anything not in English that's being spoken please put into italics!

Jack hadn't really noticed too much different tonight, to be honest. The lack of construction noise was a little curious, and he knew there were monsters, though not as many--thankfully!--, and that many of the ones he'd seen before had vanished completely. No zombie hordes or strange scientific creations trying to mob him either, that was good.... He hadn't liked the looks of the food in the kitchen, though. And while the sink was.... surprising, he wasn't displeased--had, in fact, even gotten a cup of the bugs to eat before he heard someone shouting as he walked out.

The door? Open, after all this time? Jack's interest was immediately perked; he quickly pegged the language as Mandarin as he hurried over to investigate, and was well ready to speak it by the time he arrived, smiling brightly at Nataku. "Are you sure? What's out there?"

"The ocean!" Nataku said excitedly, not even phased by Jack. He'd seen him around a couple times after all, just hadn't really had a reason to talk to him so far, "Come and see! It's amazing!"

He held the door open for Jack, pulling off one of his sandals to act as a stop in case it decided to shut itself and lock behind him. After being locked in (and later having to clean up) the Maids' Quarters the previous night Nataku wasn't taking any chances on getting locked in or out of someplace.
