After A Long Nap [Active/Complete]

Setting: The attic
Time: Day 003, early morning
Summary: Ed wakes up after a week of being...elsewhere. He's still out of it.
Warnings: Ed's mouth, as usual.
Movements.
Colors. Patterns. Sounds. Voices...
Oh God. The voices.
And the faint memory of clinging, not-there hands touching him, trying to get under his skin, trying to....what?
And then...nothingness. Nothing but deep, refreshing sleep. Until he awoke, aware and refreshed, but still haunted by pieces of memories. And the dull, throbbing headache that spread across his skull.
Edward winced, pulling himself into a sitting position. Rubbing at his head, he looked around...and promptly sneezed from all the dust in the air. "A-Al?"
No answer.
What had happened? Where was he?
It was morning, at least he knew that. The sunlight streamed through the open window, illuminating the boxes and storage chests filling the room...and here and there the old, splintered floorboards. It smelled and looked the part of an attic.
He vaguely remembered falling into a dark place...
But that was all. Nothing after that.
He got to his feet, dusting off his clothing and sneezing again from the clouds of more dust that flew into the air. Al was his first priority. Where was his brother?
