Throughout the night, Sinclair slept an hour or two at a time. It wasn't really the best way to get rest but it was the safest. He found it odd to see sun peeking through the windows, Sinclair did not think it was possible for morning to ever come, but it did and he was thankful.

While Delta got some sleep, Sinclair took the time to scratch down notes in his own notepad. He had been keeping notes of everything they had seen and any odd occurances.

He got quite a bit down before he started hearing sounds coming from Delta. Sinclair remembered the early experiments on the Alpha Series and nightmares were not uncommon. It was a shame, really. With a sigh, Sinclair put everything down. He slowly made his way to Delta's side and shook him by the shoulder, readying himself for any backlash.

Delta was still sleeping even as Sinlair shook his shoulder. The big alpha reacted badly. He twisted away from the arm shaking him as if trying to dodge a blow. An almost pitiful shudder worked its way through his body. He was shaking.

Dreams of Splicers and decay filled his brain. Despite how strong he stayed in consciousness, his mind in sleep had no such composure. It was pretty pathetic to see such a large beast struggle like a frightened child.

Sinclair growled to himself when Delta faced away from him. What was he? Some ten foot tall child? Especially if he was having nightmares, Sinclair did not think it was a good idea to keep him asleep.

He thought of other ways to wake up the Alpha, one of which was sitting on him. That probably was not the best of the bunch, since it would most likely result in a drill through his chest. Instead, Sinclair continued to shake his shoulder, having to reach over the bed to get to Delta.

Delta suddenly snapped awake. He jolted forward in a rather awkward position due to being plopped down on his side. Nervously he draws back from Sinclair, but soon notices it's Sinclair shaking him, not a threat. The old alpha's shoulders slump in an expression of exhaustion, not to mention embarrassment.

His breathing was heavy, but he was relaxing.

He gasped slightly at seeing Delta jump up. Sinclair took a quick step backwards, avoiding any harm that was possible but a drowsy Big Daddy. Still, it was somewhat amusing seeing Delta with a flustered expression. Well, it was expressed as much as Delta possibly could.

"Come on now, big guy." Sinclair smiled at Delta. "Can't be havin' those kinds of dreams if you really wanna rest. But I guess you gotta take what you can." He patted the Alpha's shoulder.
