Characters: Oz Vessalius and anyone else that might want to jump in Setting: Entrance Hall Time: Morning, day 19 Summary: Oz arrives at Dollsy a little dazed and confused. Warnings: Oz being Oz. Nothing, really.
This was just getting suspicious. Break hovered on the edge of sight, barely peering around the corner and staring at the odd pair. There had been no one from home, no one at all, and now suddenly he's got two brats intruding at once? Had Oz followed Alice somehow? Had Sharon or Gilbert managed to send him in after her? But it had already been a day since Alice had arrived and Oz wasn't here with her, he was here with-- who was that unpleasant-looking young lady, anyhow? She may as well have swallowed the entire Arctic, considering that cold aura she emanated. She didn't look familiar, in any case.
"Oz!" He answered the woman's question before Oz got the chance, stepping a little closer and holding his arms spread wide. "Only just arrived, and already making enemies, are you? Ahaha~, things really do happen wherever you go."
He swept a deep half-mocking bow as he passed the woman, but didn't offer a name or an an explanation just yet.
The voice coming from the floor made Oz stop his glancing around the room for a moment to see who had asked him who he was. Maybe it was the fact that he hadn't noticed that the girl was there before that he sort of jumped when she spoke. It was a little odd to just not notice a person lying on the floor, but he tried not to think much of it

Ange shifted her grip on the grimoire, wondering if that nervous look because he had been confronted by a strange girl in an equally strange situation or because somewhere along the lines his plans had gone wrong? The former was beginning to seem more likely (unless, of course, he was simply feigning confusion), meaning her questioning him might end up proving to be completely pointless, but she was far from ready to deny the possibility of the latter

The house's all-too-cheerful welcome wagon didn't answer Oz right away. For one thing he'd lost track of Alice. Gil had vanished shortly after he'd arrived and there was no way of knowing that Alice hadn't done the same. Besides, the ill-tempered girl deserved some form of acknowledgement; if she was ignored then she might tune them out for a while, and Break wasn't interested in explaining everything twice.
"Mmm, what's this? You'll never become a proper duke if you treat a lady that way," Break scolded. He turned to the girl, oblivious or indifferent to her clear disinterest, and patted her on the shoulder. "This is Oz Vessalius. He's not as bad as he looks-- oh, but I shouldn't lie-- he's not terrible," he revised. He made no attempt to introduce himself, though; the girl had asked about Oz, not him.
"Gilbert isn't here actually, and Alice is missing at the moment. What's the last thing you remember, before you came here?"
