As much as she appreciated Courtney and Nanaki's company, Fiona was happy to be out of the room. It'd felt like she'd been in there forever. It looked like the brunette who'd invaded their room earlier had been right - the monsters that had previously lurked the halls had retreated for the moment.

Of course they would be back, but before then she hoped to get a better idea of the house's layout, something that had been attempted the evening and night before and ended in seeing two casualties and a couple near-death experiences. None of that mattered now, though, as daylight hit and she was as determined as she was going to be to find an exit. As the blond looked ahead of her she noticed a man walking ahead of her, perhaps looking for someone?

If that were it, she couldn't be of much help and approaching strange looking men could only end badly, but still she felt compelled to move closer, making no effort to hide her presence.
