Stir-fry

On Saturday one of my best friends came to visit. We drove to Newport for the day and explored around. On the way back we decided to do stir-fry at home for dinner. She wanted chicken. I wanted beef. So we had both. We decided to do make-your-own dinners.

Topped with smoked Gouda, bacon, leaf lettuce, tomato, purple onion and sun dried tomato mayonnaise.
