Meatloaf

I know it has been ages since I’ve made a new entry. I apologize. I’ve been busy and lazy. But over the next few days I hope to get caught up. We will start with a great comfort food. Meatloaf. This dish was so good and very basic.

perfect. it's funny, i was sitting around with my boyfriend the other week saying "you know what i want? MEATLOAF." This one loks great...i only wish i had a better baking dish than my old aluminum loaf pan.
