Where do you go? I don't think there are any meat markets in Cranston... not like I eat meat a lot, but I'm trying since the BF is a carnivore...

I go to Sandy Lane Meat Market. It looks shady, but it’s old school. They have the best meat ever and it’s inexpensive.

We're lucky here, we have several specialty markets and even though I'm not aware of any butchers nearby (although there's one here in SLC- attached to a small, specialty supermarket ...) we can still get fresh, good meat. I feel bad for the people dumb enough to shop Albertson's... or worse Smith's, Wal*Mart or SuperTarget for meat - they all have the MASS PRODUCED pre-packaged cuts from far away places - no more in-store butchering.

Harmons (http://www.harmonsgrocery) is using a new slogan because they truly are different - freshly made sausages and bratwurst as well as several other great things. :)
