I'd TOTALLY love to hang out with you. I don't know why we didn't sooner since I got here in May. I'm moving down to Edmonds with Brian in Sept, so it might be a little easier then for me to come down or something (that is if you'd like to chill with me even though we haven't seen each other in AGES :))

I don't think I could have stayed in any other retail field I can think of longer than I've been in cosmetics. Even though it seems like you do "the same thing" every day, you don't, really. The level of personal interaction with the customers is so different than other sales job I've had.

Just wait until the first time a regular customer comes in looking like her puppy just died, plunks herself in a chair and says "Make me feel pretty." and you send her away smiling and feeling good about herself. It rocks.
