Botan has set up a haunted Nexus spot. There is a variety of spooky decorations, games, and Halloween-themed food. She waits anxiously for her first trick or treater.

Third house on the jubilant mutants route, who is currently dressed as Wolverine, she skips up the path and raps on the door, "Trick and Treat!"

She grins. "Hello! You're my first guest in Botan's Haven of Horror! Enjoy the buffet, but be careful; some treats bite back!"

"Cool which ones?" Jubilee grins, then remembers her role and in her best Wolverine voice she declares "I ain't afraid of any biting treats."

The girl giggles. "Convincing! The gummi ghosts are very sour. The rest are safe," She calls over as she prepares a goodie bag for Jubilee.

Spike wanders up to the 'haunted' area, a look of amusemet on his face. His costume? A white catsuit, his hair swept back into a pair of makeshift ears. Usually he goes to these things with a man to latch onto, but... well, it doesn't matter. He's in search of candy.

Botan waves cheerily. "Hello, and welcome to Botan's Haven of Horrors! Feel free to enjoy my spooky treats! I like your costume."

"Thanks! Made it myself," Spike grins. "What kinda stuff do you got? Any chocolate?"

"Neat!" She points to the cupcakes. "Those cupcakes do. They're supposed to look like they're made of dirt. The gummy worms were a nice touch." She beams, proud of herself. She puts out a plate of her famous sugar cookies.

Gash didn't really understand the cultural and historic significance of Halloween, but he did grasp the concept of getting free candy. As a "costume", Gash Bell is wearing a cylindrical sports bag with his arms and legs poking out of holes in the side. Of course, those unfamiliar with Mamodo appearance might think his face is itself a mask.

He waddled up to the black-clad woman, held out a 7-11 bag, and shouted "Trick or Treat!"

"Awww, how cute are you?" She dumps a few sugar cookies in his bag, then hands him a small goodie bag. "Having a good time?"

"Yes, thanks! I like Halloween a lot!"

"I'm glad you do! I hope you get a lot of candy!" She pats him on the head.

For once, Junior's trick-or-treating anonymously, rather than being greeted as known at every door. It has its appeal. However, since the mun fails at Photoshop, you're just gonna have to imagine the short, red-headed boy in a dusty Spaghetti-Western-style hat, poncho, and gunbelt.

"Trick or treatin' for vittles, ma'am! This some sort of a church social?" The imitation is painful, accurate, and hilarious all at once.

"Howdy there, pardner!" Her accent's horribly fake. "Well, I reckon' you might wanna take a gandar at that chuck wagon," she motions to the table, "while I rustle you up some supplies." Botan begins preparing him a goodie bag.

"Much obliged, ma'am," he responds with a lopsided grin, tipping his hat and checking out the table, plucking out the odd shiny or tasty thing here and there and depositing them in his sack.

"This is so awesome!" he enthuses, breaking character for a short moment, and then clearing his throat. "Ah, mighty fine, I mean."

Botan loves kids. She giggles as she hands him a goodie bag. "Here ya go, cowpoke."

Following a map, helped and guided by a green haired woman dressed semi-uncomfortably in Dragoon armor, ten little 'poes' float up.

"Trick or treat!" they call out in unison.

"Hello! How are you?' She smiles, handing out goodie bags.

"We're having fun."

"And getting candy."

"Are you having fun?"
