Because of course I did. Less than two weeks left. /o\ While I'm in a good place with it, I do still have to wrap up and finish my original assignment. And write and finish a second assignment.

How did you even get a pinch hit? I signed up for the first time this year, and they come and go so quickly that it seems like they're claimed before I can even finish reading over the options. I've tried to respond as fast as I can to a couple, but it never seems to be fast enough...

Anyway, I could beta if you need someone, depending on the fandom. I don't know how many things you and I overlap on.

I used to be terrible at grabbing pinch htis, but having successfully claimed all of two pinch hits (not both this year), all I can say is that having extremely up-to-date e-mail notifications and being willing to drop everything to read them is probably key. There's probably also a huge variation in the speed depending on the popularity of the fandoms being requested. There will be some huge waves of pinch hits coming through soon, which ups your chances. Fingers crossed for you!
