Ah, The Hanged Man. No better place to have a drink, get into a fight or shag whomever looks your way.

She'd missed it, the small battered bar that's never been polished ones, the rush covered floor, the splintery excuses for seats and the smell... Ok forget the smell but the sounds... Music, people talking arguing and in the distance some whore ( Read more... )

No. It couldn't be! Could it? The dark haired, tanned skinned vixen leaning over the bar top, her neckline dropped low revealing a tremendous amount of skin couldn't possibly be the woman she met (well, more than met) at the Pearl all those years ago.

I couldn't possibly be... "Isabela?"

It was, the one and only. Turning at the sound of her name, Isabela's normal smirk was replaced by a large smile.

"Solona!" Her dark gaze flickered over the Grew Wardens form. "Now haven't you been taking care of yourself. Congratulations on the blight."

"Thank you! I'm glad to see you still remember me after all this time," she grins. "How about you? How's your ship?"

"How could I forget you?" And this is when Isabela gets a dark look on her face before she shrugs it off. "Storm. Wrecked it. Now looking for a Sirens Call II."

"Well, I'll be...Isabela? Is that you?"

Maker's Breath, Bianca hadn't seen Isabela in ages! Her old dueling instructor certainly looked different than she had at the Pearl...but there was no mistaking it. That was Isabela!

Bianca grinned.

"I haven't seen you in ages! How've you been, Isabela!"

The pirate turned and looked Bianca up and down, her gaze as ever very appreciative.
"Bianca, well well..." She turned and leaned back against the bar. "Very well. Well... that's a lie I could be on my ship with a good man between my legs but I'm here."

Bianca can only smirk at the pirate.

"You never change, Isabela. How is the pirate business these days?"

"And why should I?" Isabela smirked in return. "It's been... mm, profitable. For the most part anyway. And you? What have you been doing with yourself?

Someone joined Isabela at the bar, raising a hand for Corff. "'Bout time you showed up," Hawke said cheerfully. "Where in the Void have you been?"

Isabela grinned and bumped shoulders with Hawke. "Busy. Finding things you know it is. And you, Hawke?"

"Finding things, hmm? Anything shiny and interesting?" Hawke's beer arrived, and she drank it down. "It's been the same old thing here. Abominations, blood mages, things that go 'AAAAAAAHHHHH' in the night. Kirkwall as usual. Remind me again why I didn't move to Antiva instead?"

ooc: I'm a slow tagger at the moment, apologies!

"Shiny, interesting and expensive. And friend fiction. Would you believe how much people are writing about us?"

She chuckled.
"Because you like it here Hawke. And you'd miss me for a start."

"Well hello there," Hawke drawls, as he slides into the stool next to Isabela at the bar.

"I didn't quite expect to find such an exotic beauty in a piece of crap part of town like this!" He says those last few words just a bit too loud, and just a bit too slurred.

[ooc: Hi! I'm new here, and I'm trying out an alternate Hawke who isn't the Hawke you all know. In other words, he hasn't met Isabela yet, heehee. She could recognize him though, if you'd like. He still looks like Hawke.]

"Well..." She studies the fellow and smirks. "Hello. Hawke isn't it?" She shifts in her seat and looks at him over her half empty cup.
"Why would you? I'm something... special." She says reaching out to stroke the beard.
[ooc: Heya! So am I. Lol, alright. THis'll be interesting.]

Hawke blinks for a few seconds. "How... how did you know my name?"

What is going on in this town?

"Well," he drawls, "You do look like you're more... skilled, than most women in this town. I take it you aren't from here?" he continues, struggling to remain charming in spite of the cheap liquor fogging his mind.

"I hear things, and people talk." She leaned forwards and smiled. "There have been rumours of you, my sweet."

She chuckled. "Depends on how you defined skilled. And no, clearly not. I'm from the sea." Because really, where else would she call home?

"Well, well, well," Anders chuckles. "If it isn't the Riviani beauty, Isabela. The girl with the tits."

Eagerly and ecstatically, Anders makes his way through the Hanged Man and towards the infamous Isabela, Captain of the Siren's Call... Or ex-Captain. But to him, she'll always look like a Captain in his mind. Or his partner in bed. Either works. Well, the latter works best.

"Last time I saw you, we were both at the Pearl having our fill of two exceptionally good-looking whores," they were hard to come by, "and flirting our way through the night. How have you been since then?"

She turns to the voice and raises a brow, looking the fellow up and down.
"Anders, Mr Sparklfingers himself."

She's aiming for unimpressed but she's actually glad to see the smart mouthed bastard. For more than one reason.
Raising a glass towards him she nods.
"Lost my ship but gained a few more things in return. And you, Anders?"

"Tainted and condemned to spend the rest of my life in service to the Wardens," he sighs dramatically, leaning against the bar beside her and calling the bartender over to order a drink.

"But of course, I never really was one for a life or redundancy. It's all darkspawn-- ZAP! Or darkspawn-- DIE!" His drink arrives and he takes a swig from it. "So here I am in Kirkwall, escaping my duties," he finishes with a grin.

"Oh you poor sweet thing." She said brushing against him.

She nodded. "Good, I could use someone like you here." In the bed, to find her a ship... actually just anywhere. She did miss the old Anders.
