After announcing her plans to go outside under her favorite tree, Ginny left the Great Hall, novel in hand. She often went outside to read; it was an old habit dating back to her times at the burrow. Unfortuantely, these trees were too hard to climg.
She settled herself against the tree, using her cloak as a blanket, and became so wrapped up in the novel that she didn't notice a person approach her.

Millicent had been sleeping on the other side of the tree and had been awokened by the turning of the pages. As usual, Millie was a light sleeper, but she hated it when someone woke her up, even if by accident. She sat up, irritated, and walked to the other side of the tree, seeing Ginny there. With a slightly snarky smirk, Millicent kicked the stump and barked out, "You're supposed to be courteous to those around you, Weasel."

Ginny jumped slightly at the loud words and sounds. "What the..." she said, instantly aggrivated, turning toward the source.
"What do you want, Bullstrode?"

"For you to get off my tree," Millicent snapped and casually smoothed out her school uniform, which looked quite odd with her dirty checkered Converse sneakers and accessories, such as her vintage belt, fishnets and legwarmers. "So... get off," Millicent didn't know what else there was to say, really. The girl was interrupting her sleep, what else could she do?

"Then find a new tree," she said, returning to her original position and leaning her back against the trunk, opening her book a second time.

Millicent glared down at her. "I was here first," she stated simply.

Ginny pretended not to hear the girl, instead opting to flip to the next page. Meanwhile, she was conciously thinking about the fastest way she could draw her wand, if need be.

But Millicent had acted fast. Wand pointed at the girl's head, Millicent glared and said, "Get out or I'll hex you."

Ginny quickly reached for hers, jumping to her feet. "Don't even think about it," she said, happy that all those years in DADA and the DA had been useful. She stood in duel stance.

Millicent rose her eyebrows. "You want another fight, Weasel?" Millicent was already in her duel stance. She knew she could beat her. Last time, she had left her with a black eye.

Ginny tried to hide the thoughts going through her mind. "If I recall, you keep wanting these fights of yours, Bull," she said.

Millicent rose an eyebrow. "Bull? You make me sound so masculine." Right then and there, Millicent hexed her, shouting out, "Densaugeo!" Immediately, Ginny's teeth started growing at a rapid rate.

Ginny put her wand to her mouth, quickly muttering the counter curse, glad that Hermione had taught her this particular spell while she was in an earlier year. "If the horns fit," Ginny said, immediately casting the bat-bogey hex on the girl.

Millicent shielded the curse, growling, "They do not." She hit a body-binding curse at the girl.

Ginny immediately shouted 'Protego', deflecting the curse. "Or the face, whichever," she said offhandedly, shouting 'Explelliarmus'.

At the same time, Millicent had yelled, 'Expelliarmus' as well. "I wouldn't be talking about faces if I were you, weasel." Both of them were suddenly disarmed, wands scattered out of reach.

"I don't know, I've been told quite a few times that my face is lovely," she said, trying to maintain her confident exterior.
Without her wand, though, she was terrified.

"Don't be so conceited," she glared at the girl.

"Its not conceited. Its confident," she said, silently wishing that she had another wand, or that Harry or Ron or Hermione were around.

"Confident? Right," she said and lunged forward, punching the girl's nose.

Ginny yelped in pain, falling toward the ground, her hand instantly going up to her face, where she felt and saw the blood coming out.
"Again? You need some new material," Ginny said, kicking the girl hard in the shin with her heel, and then bringing herself to her feet.
