Ok...I know it isn't much in the grand scheme of things...but i just finished the summer concert as a hum head (sound person) and did most of the get out (i.e. the de-rigging of all the equipment) before my body said no more...i just got out of a nice long soak in the bath...and i realise my feet were bleeding, rather badly infact.
