I think in any martial art or even any sport or excersise program you eventually will get hurt. Be it by your idiot partner or you'll do something wrong and pull a muscle. You just can't be afraid of that type of thing. Mistakes happen.
Of course they allow it. You rent out the floor and you can do basically anything. They want the money so they'll do it. Plus I was working there at the time so I had some pull in the matter. You can get married almost anywhere. I've seen people get married on roller coasters and even underwater. But yeah I didn't want to get married in a boring traditional church, although we had a priest who performed the cerimony. You could get married on a boat too. All Captains have the power to marry people.
Yeah, but for some odd reason, karate especially scared me. That's why I never really took it. Most martial arts scared me except for this one I wanted to take. I don't do a lot of things because I'm scared of them. I won't go skydiving, I won't go on a rollercoaster, and, hell, I never rode a bicycle without training wheels yet. I'm even a little afraid to drive, but I'm more lazy if anything to learn yet. Martial arts, though..that's totally expected for me to probably get hurt. Hopefully in Aikido though, it won't be as bad as it would be in Judo or Karate... Hopefully. D
