Hi, everyone! Apologies about the wait for this chapter. There are several things at play at this point in the story, and my mind refused to settle on one or two without a lot of convincing. Sometimes the extra time and frustration is worth it, and I think that happened here--at least for me. A component emerged this morning that made the pieces

Plum is always worth the wait. This is the only WIP I read. I’m always afraid the author will lose interest and leave me hanging. But I just can’t help myself.

Besides, I just re-read her other stories while i’m Waiting 😉

So third time reading this and I’m completely on board. The first time I just couldn’t let Brian evolve. Just could not allow the man out of my own little view of who he should be. Yet wasn’t that my issue with “Best Friends”?

So now that I can see past all the great sex, the emotional journey is taking center stage.
