I'm really glad you enjoyed Erica's back story and especially Troy, that part of the story was the most nerve wracking for me because we knew so little about her.

Lol I want that apartment too!

Troy's my baby, in my mind he fit Erica so well because they'd both been broken but managed to lean against each other while they healed and then let go of each other when they found love; their new beginnings.

There's no way Cristina and Erica would ever have just become best friends, I enjoyed taking their "friendship" slowly and using Callie and Troy as their buffers.

I'm trying to pull some ideas together for a sequel, can't promise it'd be as long as this fic but it would include more flashbacks to understanding their past and the development of their future, including children, but not six!
