okay okay. so im actually a terrible livejournal user and i never post (my last was over a year ago. god im awful)
but i figured since ive been drawing the eagle doodles constantly since i saw the movie (unfortunately that wasn't too long ago-- im pretty late into the fandom orz) i ought to post at least some of it!

Oh these are just *wonderful*! I love how you've captured them both - so skillfully done with so few strokes of the pencil. I love the second drawing and the choice of font for each - the capitalised pointy one for Marcus and the lower case round one for Esca - so perfectly right for their respective cultures. The final set for "Fighting the Cold" is beautiful. A lovely story with an interesting extra on sharing body warmth for survival... :) I love in the first picture how they're clutching on to each other, both relieved, and in the second, the way they're gazing at each other is so intense and loving and in the third...d'awww! A kiss - perfect.

I so hope you continue to draw and share more of your wonderful talent with this fandom. Do you think you might consider signing up to The Eagle Big Bang? *smiles sweetly*

i tried to make the types a bit reminiscent of the fonts used in each culture (though i didn't have reference so it was sort-of guesswork) but im really happy you noticed!!

and YES YES!!! i would LOVE to sign up for that~ i guess i had missed the artists bit entirely since i thought it was just for writers, but I'd be honored to do some illustrations or something

it came across really plausible, i love esca's slighter frame and marcus came across as better built but not as bulky as i expected (he actually made me think of bookverse marcus!) and they just work beautifully together!

I really hope this won't be the last of boys we've seen from you XD
this fandom needs art like i need tea!

as much as i love channing tatum (and i really really do!) im more inclined to draw people a little thinner;; but if it's more true to the books im really happy!!

im sure ill be drawing more~ and since all you have been so kind im certain im posting it too!
