Stupid Customers

I got put on drive-thru last night as the guy who makes the coffee. Some of the people who come through the drive-thru are complete idiots. The concept of a drive-thru is to give people their coffee in minimal time(Preferably under a minute) so when people come through the drive-thru and order a dozen coffee and two toasted sandwiches I feel like ( Read more... )

Well, at least there was some good news there.

While that does suck, it's interesting...we *never* tip drive-thru people here, so a long wait would only mean pissed off customers, which are pretty unavoidable anyway since Americans are so impatient ;-)
Heck, we should implement that, it might make drive-thrus better...

I was really getting frustrated at myself at work. Since the Tim Hortons I work at is right off a main highway we get a lot of tourists. And I often find myself getting pissed right off at Americans. Now, I am not sure if the American tourists are just more rude then the other customers or if I am just intolerant towards Americans. I'd hope its the latter of the two.

I've had americans yell at me and say that we shuld respectful to them as their army is protecting us...

Stupid customers are part of the job..

and you were lucky on that one .. they did'nt change their order 3 times..
