It’s late in the afternoon when Daehyun’s finally done with rearranging and cleaning the gym’s supply closet, putting all the balls, nets, pylons, rackets and whatnot in big plastic boxes and stacking them in an orderly manner. After sticking the final tag with ‘uwagi’ scribbled on it to a box, he gathers his bag and walks into the gym

He almost sounds angry, and Daehyun shouldn’t have expected anything else, but it still makes him lower his eyes. He takes the cap off, holding it in front of him. It’s a Chicago bulls snapback, a real one, grey and black. “I’m sorry, Jongup, I-I didn’t..” he bites back the words ‘I didn’t mean to steal your snapback and make you lose the game’, as they wouldn’t be helping the situation
