I was worried that chess would be a bit too cliche, but couldn't resist the image of roy staying up late to play chess at night, with Riza watching him from a distance.

You are brilliant with these two. Though i have to warn you that i´m going to be very critical, whenever you write RoyAi, in terms of characterization.

The chess might be cliched but we can´t give it up. it´s just too sexy! i want to write a fic where one night, after making love Hawkeye asks Roy to teach her to play, so i can have an excuse to write naked!Roy playing chess. LOL Yes, i am that shallow.
