Today was cool enough that I could open my windows. Then when I got home it was so cool I had to close them a bit so I wouldn't be too cold.

Bliss, I tell you. BlissIn other news, Mac continues to be at home and taking meds and other things that we don't talk about too much for fear of jinxing things. There's ups and downs, is the short version.

If you know where you can get that immortality upgrade, please share! If there's a feline version for your kids, I'm sure there's a canine version for mine.

Their all too short life spans are the worst things about both dogs and cats.

The folks working the desk at the gym this morning were complaining, "Oh, it got cold last night," and I was like, "I had my bedroom windows open all night last night; it was great!"

I was all prepared to burrow under blankets last night, but it actually wasn't cold enough to merit that -- but the house having been open all day today, I did close my bedroom windows most of the way when I got home tonight.
