I actually made some hot cross buns last night. www.thefreshloaf.com had a good recipe (right on the front page). They're not too sweet, but sweet enough, and the raisins in them are yummy. Everyone at work has liked them so far. My boss even ate two.
I've got a recipe that looks like it'll work well for my Easter weekend schedule. I've just never eaten a hot cross bun before at all so it's going to be a new experience for me all around =)
