Oh, this was fantastic, so wonderful, so perfectly voiced and paced and plotted, and I *can't wait* to read the rest of it.

two places particularly make my heart flutter wildly in my chest, barely contained butterflies of pure joy:

1. russ at johnny and aaron's place, feigning sleep, with aaron hovering over him, resolutely, achingly not-touching. omg! nnngh. that scene has played over and over in my mind (particularly while i bike to and from work) since i first got to glimpse it in draft no. 1. eee.
2. the gorgeously frantic intensity of the hook-up at the end. both boys too into it to even shed a scrap of clothing; everything culminating in that moment, in its inherent blissful relief. i'm grinning so much my face hurts. i'm so grabby hands at them, at you. i just ... YES.
