A few weeks ago, I (decided to) quit smoking, something I’ve been doing for four years-smoking, that is, and deciding to quit smoking. I chose not to involve any gum, patches, yoga, hermitage, meditation, animal sacrifice, or the like. All too complicated. Just stopped and went nervously about my business
