[pats on back] don't undershoot your own problems like that. your problems are your own personal horror. you may not be starving in a third world country, but whatever drama you're dealing with is still the worst thing that you will have to deal with so it's cool to gert a lil frustrated. if you live a life where every one of your issues is diluted to nothing in retrospect to the rest of the world, your whole life will really seem meager and meaningless as well. so flip out and maybe throw a few couches at your stuffed kitty. you'll feel good.
