With things eased off now, Tom was able to get a nice day planned for them. He'd called Katie and told her she was off for the day and gave her an address to enter into her GPS. He smiled waiting outside a fancy hotel. He just waited for her to get out of her truck.

Katie was more than a little surprised when she pulled her truck up to the address she had been given. In her jeans and Florida T-shirt, she felt woefully out of place. She locked the truck up and met her husband out front. "What's going on?" she asked, curious.

"A nice quiet day alone." He smiled, kissing her softly. "No calls, just me and you."

She returned his kiss and matched it with a small, sly smile. "I like that," she said. "We did say we wanted to try for a baby. And it's been a few days since we've had time to make love."

He pulled her closer. "Mm exactly. I thought this would be nice. Order room service and stay in. Got a hot tub and all."
