Well I think the growler was probably a possum, they make a freaky noise that sounds almost identical to an overgrown frog. I used to think they were aliens when I was a bit younger and walking home late at night all the time, until my step dad caught one and proved me wrong.

As to the other crap, no ideas there man. Have fun being haunted though =D
