I don't recall paying anything extra for shipping outside of what the order on the website said. If anything.

I just ordered it and it arrived.

It's definitely a cool looking piece of gear. But I don't know if I would be comfortable dressed like a hood-lum.

I ordered one for Rob, it took three months to arrive; after two and a half months they sent another one, then they both arrived at the same time. Kinda inconsistent.

Yes! It was very much a bad news/good news situation. I ordered one for him for Xmas, an instead of that he got two on his birthday, two months afterwards.
