I played a Marvel Superheroes game called Dora the Explosive, where I played a mutant fox named Swiper.

That sounds potentially hilarious (probably moreso for parents than the childless). How was it?

It was fun. We were all mutant animals named for characters on the show, and DORA was a space station that was set to self destruct in 4 hours, so we had to get out.

Swiper was, of course, a kleptomaniac.

It's a quirk of fans everywhere that it's easier to drive a few hundred klicks to an event than go to one in your hometown.

It was good. I was glad to actually play MSH. Hadn't touched the system in years.

...jiggity jig!

It sounds like you had fun! At least more fun than BayCon...

How big and busy was Cangames?

And what D20 Future products did you pick up?

Was there an auction of gaming and other geek-friendly materials?

And what the heck is an Ambush Bug fig?

I got Future Tech & Cyberscape, because they're the only ones I don't have yet (well, I don't have the Future Player's Companion, but only because I can't find it; I may order it online).

CG was fairly busy. It was mostly wargames (Warhammer, Mechwarrior, D&DMG & HeroClix) with a few RPGs. Don't recall any organized CCG events. More pleasing than BayCon.

No auction, but some people put old stuff in a sort of auction area (if you liked it, you bought it). I got my brother a copy of AH's Wilderness Survival Game.

Ambush Bug is a DC comics character, and I got the Heroclix figure based on him.
