last night a guy got shot in the head right outside our house. the gunshots woke me up, then there were guys running all over and screaming, and then this big van pulled up and people were getting in and out and yelling, then it peeled out and was gone. i called 911 when i realized that the victim was laying on the street less than 10 feet away ( Read more... )

we just got home from the "abundant bistro" soul food cafe. in their parking lot, the signs say "Abundant Parking: Customers Only".

seth and tyler threw a great birthday party at tyler's new place. there was kind of a "heathers" theme happening, but the pterosaur girls all dressed up like ridiculous bikers. it was all hilarious. we ended up having to relocate to our house because his neighbors downstairs had to go to sleep at like 10pm or something. so that was fun and i ( Read more... )

tim and i went to the bank this morning. they would only reverse $99 worth of ridiculous fees. i am waiting for a bank manager to call me back. perhaps i can get them to reverse a couple more. the bank ate my tax refund for no reason ( Read more... )

i feel like i have all of the awkward qualities of a super-geeky hipster with none of the hipness.

i need a real job.

i am bored with minneapolis. today i went to kinko's and that was like, my big fun exciting thing to do today. lame.

emily's been talking about minnesotans being strange. i am starting to agree.

i just filed my 2004 taxes. it took like 13 minutes and in about two weeks i will be $400 richer. fuckin' rad.
