Posting Dates
At this point, we have had one writer drop out and twenty writers have sent in their drafts, so overall things are looking good. With that in mind, it is finally time for you all to claim posting dates.
Posting will be taking place between the 17th March and the 8th April (which gives two days spare, if one piece of art is posted a day). Each day can be claimed twice, but no more, and I am going to ask you all to give two options of posting dates (there are a few writers who have expressed a need for more time, so I am going to have to take some things into consideration when allocating dates - I will do my best to be as fair as possible).
The posting date is for the art - this means that the stories that use that art piece as a prompt are posted on that day as well.
There are plans in place should anything come up, so any issues regarding dates/real life stealing time, let me know ASAP, and things will be arranged ;)
Now for the most complicated part - I am going to need comfirmation from all parties that the selected posting dates work for you, so with that in mind please submit your posting date claims in the following way:
Artists - reply to this post with your two selected posting dates - then - Writers - reply to your artist's comment confirming that you are able to post on those dates.
Note - you can do it the opposite way around, with the writer making the intial claim, and the artist replying with their confirmation - but the comments must be a single thread as it makes it easier for me to track ;)
And, quick edit in here - for those of you with more than one story/piece of art/art and stories - I will try to space things out for you as much as possible, and will be keeping that in mind when arranging the schedule.
The posting date needs to be agreed upon by the artist and their writers, so you are all going to have to discuss which dates will work for you all. The masterpost to the community will be made by the artist, with links to the story/ies below (I will be posting an example of how this should look on thursday, along with the coding).
Once everyone has made their date claims, I will post the schedule (This should be up by Friday 16th March at the very latest, so expect to be poked if you don't claim a posting date by Wednesday).

You can post to this community, or the dreamwidth mirror ( http://thebigbangjob.dreamwidth.org ) - whichever is easier for you all. Your own posts (of your art or story) can be made wherever you want - but must not be made public until your posting date. If you use Archive of Our Own, there is a Big Bang Job collection set up on there. Artists, if you need somewhere to host your art, there is a Big Bang Job account on imgur that you can use, just poke me and I can provide the details.
Once all of the works have been posted, a masterpost will appear on both LJ and DW linking to all of the works.
