Intersting post. That must have been a bit embarrassing to have Cam joking about the shutters (especially since Mr. G. believed it). Did you know he was joking at the time?

Well, Miss, Don related the supposed damage to me, and then Cam talked to me and said he'd "made things sound worse than they were." Ha ha, very funny (sarcasm). =) ... But, we really do have a good relationship even so.

We have direct access to their server in their office and to their QuickBooks, financial documentation.

Hmm, I'm a computer scientist (programmer), but we don't have formal job titles here at work. --I just asked Don Gillespie what my job title is, and he came up with something off the top of his head: “Developer ... Web Application Developer.” Sounds good. Now I finally know what I am.
