So, uh, I just got a call from my mom telling me my grandparents from Korea; (like literally, "Oh, Hyun-Ae your grandparents are coming by the way. See you Tuesday.") are flying in plus to belatedly celebrate the Korean New Year. ;A; And because I haven't seen them in a good year I'm going to be spending the week being babied and told I don't eat

oh yes, it's always fun. i always put on like five pounds though when they come, but i do love me some korean food. 'A' that and grandmas always make the best food.

Oh I know what you mean about that. Even though I have a nice amount of weight on me; my Grandma always cooks so much when I come over. I'm skinny in her book :| Then she always sends me back home with food too.

And I just got into eating Korean food about a year ago. It's delicious, and I love Kimchi~
My mom hates when I buy that stuff though, lol XD

ffff. i know that, my grandma always greets me with; "why so skinny? that father of yours does not feed you. don't worry, grandma will take care of you."

oh god, kimchi. i love it. :9 my dad hates me when i bring it home too, but i tell him i deal with this blood pudding he can deal with my kimchi. if you ever get the chance you should try samgyeopsal and bindaetteok.

there's two places in philadelphia i really like; meju and han chon korean bbq restaurant. so if you ever get the chance, you should check them out. 'A' /shutting up about food now

whenever i visit either of my grandmothers, they usually mention at least once of how i'm not eating enough and insist that my diet is undernourished. then they'll put more food onto my plate, despite the fact that i've probably just eaten enough for two or three people... good times. good food. C:

yuuup. my dad's mom is a lot worse about it, plus she makes soda bread a lot and it's just... ung. i love it even though i regret it by morning. :')
