I'm just saying, with the number of pubs they have, they ought to have some pub talks about how to avoid tsunami.

The irony is that the home of pubs is in danger of tsunami while my pub is talking about how to deal with the dangers of tsunami.

I didn't mean to be insensitive. :-(

I read about that earlier, it's pretty freaky [I think mostly because the initial coverage I read made it sound like it was coming from the Channel instead of the North Sea].

The Thames barrier is badass, though.

Well I'm not dead :-). I did hear something on the news last night, but I was doing something else while the tv was on..you know this is the second set of flooding you've had to tell me about in England.. I think it's worse this time since I'm in the country and still dont' know :-)
