So... I think I'm back... Maybe.
I know I've been gone for a long long long long time -- I think about a year! I haven't had many fandom obsessions, so I really didn't have much to post about. So now I'm actively seeking some new fandoms to obsess over. Anyone got a TV show to recommend? Favorite ship? Movie you adore? I also need lots of new icons ( Read more... )

Hi! Welcome back! It seems like it has been forever since I've seen you around here!

I know what you mean about not feeling like there's enough to update about RL, so always having a fandom obsession to post about helps. I'm on a huge Mad Men kick right now because this season finale is tomorrow night, so I recommend that. It's amazing! And you'll have between now and next July/August to get all caught up on all 4 seasons (each of which has 13 episodes).

I love your new project idea! I kind of have the same problem. I got a lot my DVDs from my grandmother when she passed away, so I haven't seen like half of my collection, either.

That sounds like a fun project. I own a lot of movies too, but I don't buy anything I haven't already seen.

If you need a new obsession, I strongly, STRONGLY suggest The Vampire Diaries. It's DELIGHTFUL. I promise. *uses icon of pretty people*

I watched the first few episodes of Vampire Diaries when it first started. I didn't love it back then, but I'm willing to give it another shot.

Watch it through episode 5. If you're not hooked by then, you probably won't ever be, but I think by the end of 5, you'll be dying for the next eppy!

My real worry was that something was wrong and you weren't okay. You weren't the first person on my flist to disappear for a year (or longer), and I'm always concerned when that happens. :/

Still, I'm glad to hear I motivated you with those nudges rather than bothered the crap out of you, ROFL! xD
