When said free moment occurs, Isis is at The House, settled in the living room, settled on the couch in a curled up fashion, leaning on the armrest and reading a book.

There's a muffled *WHUMP* from the basement, and Eiko comes up the stairs. (The portal effect that lets her go to the school is located down there, based on the idea that people are less likely to poke around down there.)

"What's up, love?"

She is sporting a pretty decent bruise on her forehead.

Isis blinks, "First off, what happened?" She stands, setting the book aside to examine said bruise.

"And secondly, how are you feeling otherwise?" She'll draw Eiko into a hug after checking the bruise, as well

"I'm doing gravity this week, and I rigged the demonstration with some gravity generators. And one of my dear, sweet students decided to make a small adjustment in the tubes, and I was in the way..." She shrugs. "Admittedly, I didn't mention the demo had places where gravity was something like ten times normal, to show differences in accelleration. Still, someone's going to be pondering this in a zero gravity bubble. Oh, hon, it's just a normal bruise. It hurt, but I'd know if there's a fracture or concussion - I've had the second this year already." She allows herself to be fussed over, though.

"Mostly... slow? I guess that may be the best way to put it. I just feel kind of slowed down. Like I'm still running at a lower speed than I'm used to."

It's Isis, she's gonna fuss over Eiko, it's only natural, but she does kiss Eiko's cheek when she reassures it's just a normal bruise. "Alright, just checking on you, love." She smiles, though, glad Eiko's back in the teaching game.

She's imagining that it's helped.

Isis nods, though. "Well, you're still doing good so far, as I was thinking about lifting some of the restrictions that were placed on you." She strokes Eiko's cheek with one hand, she really, really hated closing of Eiko's freedoms, but... Yeah.
