hehe. hindi ko nga nasagot yun. ewan ko lang kung too late na ba ako, pero... i'd go and find something else to do na kahit hindi ako siguradong posible, at least better than "knowing for a fact" na imposible.
mind you, if there's even just a .1% chance that i could hit that moon, and if i really really really did want to hit it, i'd go for it. maybe i would have to practice really hard first, or maybe i'd have to search for the Perfect Stone to Rule All Stones first, or something... pero since i can gamble on the .1%, i'd at least try.
pero kung talagang 0.0000% chance... dehin na! why waste your energies? ;)
it's not too late although i wasn't able to include your answer to 'part 1' which unintentionally became 'the answers of other people' part, hehe... :D
yes, admittedly having a .1% chance makes one's perception about it change - knowing for a fact that it's impossible would make any attempt whatsoever futile, so why bother, right?
but then again, isn't it possible to find out there's that .1% chance when we attempt to conquer the impossible? after all, it was known as a fact that the world is flat and that the earth is the center of the solar system...
on another angle, i think what i meant by "a reflection" is something akin to the original, but infinitely more reachable. you know. like pirated dvds.
on yet another angle, i think i was also saying that sometimes, in the face of impossible goals, the illusion of achieving them is fulfilling enough. case in point:
so that in the end, perhaps it's all a matter of perspective. :)
re: another angle - yup, this is (or is near) my interpretation of your answer... :) i'm not sure if i was able to explain it this way in my post though...
re: yet another angle - haha... :D this will be (or should be)in at least one of the parts i have yet to write as it is somewhat related to how i answered the question ;)

hehe. good point. only we can determine the extent to which we'll allow ourselves to hope. ^.~
