10 sighs

...Sorry for everyone who had to put up with me yesterday. I was a weird little kid who read way too much fantasy manga and watched way too much TV and thought saving the world would be exciting rather than obnoxious.

(( Strikes are normal crossings-out, they're more legible than he intended. ))

What's so obnoxious about savin' th' world?

[[OOC: T-TOTZ ASSUMING THAT MEANS STRIKES = HACKABLE-LIKE? I can delete/change the comment if they aren't. =D;]]

...I thought I crossed that out.

I mean, I'm generally in favor of the world not ending, the circumstances are just... really weird.

(( YEAH THEY'RE TOTALLY READABLE NO WORRIES ))

They're easy enough 'ta read past. I've deciphered old tomes way harder 'ta read than that, hahaha.

Iuno. I think some people jus' end up all caught up in it, yanno? That's how it is in my world. If ya find yourself with Innocence one day, chances are, ya gotta fight 'ta save th' world too.

[[OOC: AWESOME. CONSIDER YOURSELF RABITTACKED. ♥]]

Pretty much. I know I didn't ask for it.

What's Innocence? Some kind of magic or something?

Daddy'll put really really shiny anime things before you, and if you give any sign of liking them, like twitching an eyebrow or yawning or breathing, it means Daddy's right.

It's sad when you think how everything seemed so much easier when you were a kid. Then you learn how the world really is.

You were kinda cute.

And there's nothing wrong with those things! Saving the world is exciting! You know, some people in the City actually have saved their world. There are really such people like in fantasy manga.

I don't know why everyone thinks little kids are cute. I'm not really a kid person.

I don't want anything to do with exciting things. I'd be happy with a normal life, thanks. Yeah, I've realized that. Somewhere inside me my eight-year-old self has exploded with joy by now.

You were really excited about everything. It was a nice change of pace, especially from the rest of the City.

But when surrounded by all these exciting people, surely you can explore it a bit? By somewhere inside, don't you mean yesterday?

[OoC: Curiosity, when'd you take him from, in canon?]

Yeah, all the other kids I saw around looked pretty worried... I think I read too many fantasy books as a kid to get thrown by suddenly ending up somewhere weird.

I don't know. This place is a little too exciting for me, with the curses and all. I mean, my normal life isn't exactly... normal. And just when I finally get used to that, I end up here. Let me take it one step at a time.

(( After the eighth novel. He's admitted to himself that exciting things are kind of cool, but he's not going to go around telling other people that unless they push him about it. 8Db ))
