Okay, I ain't no celebrity blogger. But I have a writing blog under the LJ name miritsu and thought I'd make a small project out of introducing The Authority to those poor, poor souls who don't know of them. To that end: an introductory post, linking to spoiler-free reviews.

Are there any books in your collection that you haven't reviewed yet? I just wondered if you hadn't got the first volume by Warren Ellis (issues #1-#8) or just not reviewed it yet. If you haven't read it, that's a treat in store :D
Also, if you haven't read it (I pimp this book at every opportunity!) I hugely recommend 'The Secret History of the Authority: Hawksmoor' by Mike Costa and Fiona Staples. Lovely addition to the series.

I have several Authority trades I don't have yet, and I couple I've yet to review (I just put "Prime" up today and will do "Earth Inferno" soon). The first volume I don't have yet; it's out of print so it's harder to find then others. I'll probably just get it used from Amazon. :)
If you have any thoughts on any of the reviews, I'd love to hear 'em. I love geeking out with you. :D
